• All information relating to this assignment shall be treated as private and confidential between Roplab IT Solutions LLC and Client Company. Neither party shall breach any confidential information, data and materials supplied and/or provided.
• Roplab IT Solutions LLC will not responsible for any faulty caused by Virus Attacks, Worms Attacks, Trojans Attacks, Hacking, Cracking, Spam, Human Error, and etc that can lead to loss of any data and whatsoever.
• The total cost of this project is subject to the agreement between Roplab IT Solutions LLC and Client Company. Other unusual cost incurred caused by sudden change of policy or administration from other parties shall be bear by the Client Company.
• Roplab IT Solutions LLC will not responsible for any matters that are out of Roplab IT Solutions LLC’s scope such as existing software (or OS) faulty or conflicts, existing hardware faulty or conflicts, errors caused by previous setting, Internet Service Provider matters, and any other faulty that not caused by the new system implemented.
• Roplab IT Solutions LLC will not responsible for computer stations that run under unusual operating systems or software such as Linux, Unix, etc (out of Microsoft Windows) that caused incompatibility and unsuccessful project. Such conditions should be known before commencement of this project by Roplab IT Solutions LLC. If such condition occurs, Roplab IT Solutions LLC will try its best to help the company but not liable to anything and should not affect the overall completion of the project.
• Roplab IT Solutions LLC will not responsible for any matters that are out of Roplab IT Solutions LLC 's scope such as Domain Name Approval, Hosting Server Faulty, Internet Connection (ISP) Matters, Personal Computer Matters and etc. There may be another set of terms and conditions from each particular parties that are not included here.
• Roplab IT Solutions LLC will not responsible for any kind of legal matters on materials that are provided by Client Company that posted in the website.
• All above Terms and Conditions are not Final and Absolute, means more will be added or changed in the future without prior notice. All local Government and International Law as well as Common Market Practices do apply to any of projects and services.
